Whispering Palms is a very special community and being privileged to live here is an enjoyable and rewarding experience.  

 

It is a special place because people care about it and work to make it so.  That is what the several assocations that serve the community are all about:  The Greens of Whispering Palms, Inc. representing the individual home, the three condominium and townhouse associations, WP Community Council and Community Services District.  Individually and collectively, our common mission is to maintain and enhance the integrity, beauty, property values and lifestyle of our community.

 

Each has its own governing board and both the responsibility and authority to assure adherance to the rules and regulations that govern its area and are designed to maintain and enhance standards within it.  Each property owner shares in the selection of board members and in the cost of Board and Community Council activities.
